The last few years Forus has suffered a great deal of pepper due to the lack of area planning, a lot of traffic issues and not to mention an old and wrongly given reputation as an outdated old industrial estate. A lot of this criticism is not deserved and there are therefore great plans to expand and develop the public transport in line with the enormous growth in the area and this will result in Forus not just being, but will continue to be: the driving force within commercial development in the entire region.  SBC has together with NCC, 2020park, Trallfa, Kanalsletta, Base Property and Forus NP gathered the forces to improve the reputation and to actively promote Forus outside of its own regional boundaries as well as using the force  in numbers to speed up the processes and strengthen the development of this area in our region as a whole.
